Flooring includes solid pecan in the main entry and dining area, and 1" Brazilian walnut in the kitchen. Kitchen appliances include a 5-burner propane stove, wall oven, Bosch dishwasher, cast iron sink, and a 316 stainless steel food-grade countertop.

Interior finishes include western red cedar, Alaskan cypress, ponderosa pine, and aspen woodwork. Both bathrooms feature slate floors, classic sinks, and large tub/showers. A Rinnai tankless water heater provides on-demand hot water. The 30'x35' workshop/garage provides room for vehicles and equipment, with an additional 12'x30' covered work area.
